Responsibilities：
80 Plans, direct and coordinates all activities for company’s automatic manufacturing equipment, including
equipment specification, installation, maintenance and training for operator.
80 Lead a professional team of engineers and technicians.
80 Supervise the detailed manufacturing engineering of the plant to ensure that it will meet operation needs;
80 Develop and maintenance process and Work Instruction Standards including PFD, PFMEA;
80 Responsible for equipment’s, fixtures, machine, software construction. Continue to reduce equipments and
machine construction cost ,reduction to meet plant target ;
80 Manage the supplier to solve the problems during the tooling and equipment design, manufacture or usage ;
80 Provide training and cross-training for technicians and operators61 Direct technicians and operators to set the
process parameters and operate the machine ;
80 Develop new technology/processes as required. 61 Coordinate with engineer to layout, install and debug of
production line and equipment’s;
80 Make sure new projects launch in operation successfully. Control project and spare parts costs to meet the
budget ;
80 Monitors safety and takes positive steps to eliminate hazardous situations.
80 Ensure customer satisfaction in quality and delivery for machine and equipment.
80 1Achieve continuous improvement.
80 Efficient communication with other departments.
80 Development, install and improve the “Online Data Base System”

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor above with major in Mechanical , electrical Engineering related
disciplines
2.Over 10 years experience machining industry/automotive industry, and at
least 3 years IE team leader, and the project experience on IE improvement
is a big plus.
3.must be familiar in mechanic, electric , pneumatic, hydraulic,
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills;
4.Familiar MS Office, Solidwork， Creo etc software;
