Role Description: This position is mainly responsible for the company's overseas business development, foreign small and medium-sized customer maintenance work. 该岗位主要负责公司代工国外业务拓展、国外中小客户维护工作等。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Seek out client program opportunities (mainly tablet, pouch, sachat, capsule, powder products) by different platform like exhibition and website, including potential customers/distributions list. 通过不同平台(展会、网络)寻找客户项目机会(主要是压片、袋装、条包、胶囊等粉剂产品),包括潜在客户,分销客户等。 2. Develop sales strategy: understand the industry, channels, competitors and other information. Assist the company to formulate the industry and customer market development strategy. 制定销售策略:了解行业、渠道、竞争对手等信息。协助公司制定行业及客户市场发展战略。 3. Maintenance of key accounts: maintain the business of existing customers and the development of new projects, expand and promote existing sales and penetrate new products, and achieve the implementation of annual sales targets and sales plans for key accounts. 大客户维护:维护现有客户的业务及新项目的开发扩大并推动现有销售额并渗透新产品,实现大客户年度销售目标和销售计划的实施落地。 4. New customer development: visit key customers regularly, develop potential new customers in the region, and achieve performance growth targets. 新客户开发:定期拜访关键客户,开发区域内有潜力的新客户,完成业绩增长指标。 5. Project management: coordinate and follow up the communication of the company's internal departmental processes and internal support teams to ensure the implementation of the project. 项目管理:协调、跟进公司内部各部门流程、内部支持团队的沟通,确保项目的落地执行。 6. Responsible for the excavation, analysis, public relations, contract signing and payment collection of projects in the region under its jurisdiction. 负责海外项目的挖掘、分析、公关、签约及回款。 Competence Requirements: 1. Education background: Full-time bachelor degree or above (food, nutrition, English, Economic and trade related majors are preferred).教育背景:全日制统招本科及以上学历(食品、营养、英语、国贸相关专业优先)。 2. Work experience: more than 5 years of working experience in nutrition and health products market, more than 2 years of sales experience in B2B key accounts, and sales trade experience in customized products/projects.工作经验:5年以上营养品、保健品市场工作经验,具备2年以上B2B食品外贸销售经验,具备定制化产品/项目的销售经验。 3. Professional ability: good ability to maintain and expand key customers, clear sales strategy and negotiation ability with headquarters.专业能力:具有良好的大客户维护及拓展能力,具备清晰的销售策略以及对接总部的谈判能力。 4. Collaboration communication ability: good project management ability, interpersonal communication ability and team spirit.协同沟通能力:具备良好的项目管理能力、人际沟通能力和团队合作精神。 5.
