Responsibilities: - Information Safety control a) Manage Antivirus software b) Hardware of laptop data-protection c) Data Copy - Administration of local-hosted systems. a) Server room management (server HW, UPS, Rack, Tower, storage, etc.) b) Operating Systems (Windows Advanced Server, ESX, etc.) c) Data Backup - Hardware and Software of Client Support a) Assemble, maintain and update the Hard-ware and Software of Client b) Edit, maintain the IT equipment list of IT c) Solve the issues of computer and printer error for users - Cisco Telephone system management a) Set up assessment of telephone b) Deliver the number in IDM c) Technical support for telephone- networks d) Maintain the Cisco telephones - Computer networks planning and maintaining a) New cabling project planning and implementation b) Control the status of equipment of networks - User management a) Telephone number maintains in IDM platform b) IT resource account maintenance by IDM platform c) User IT system access maintenance - Training a) IT regulation training for new employees - IT asset management and report - Other tasks required by superior Qualifications: 1)Bachelor degree or above of Information technology, Computer Science or related field; 2)3+ years of relevant experience in industries; 3)Helpdesk or Specialist in IT field; 4)Experience in information System management 5)Familiar with configuration of hardware and software of server, antivirus software, data encryption, backup software configuration and maintaining 6)Familiar with TCP/IP 7)Recognize knowledge of Cisco VoIP system and telephones 8)Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment 9)Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide ideas in both technicists and users 10)Team work spirit,actively and responsibility,confident, steady, cautious, depende 11)Good English skills both in written and oral CET-4 or above 12)Familiar with Server, UPS and CISCO networks equipment, windows software etc
