岗位要求: 1. Order and shipment registration, monthly reconciliation with customers, invoicing, and entry of invoices into spreadsheets the ERP system. 2. Communication with customers, responding to messages, verifying shipment status and in-transit order quantities, and following up on workshop deliveries. 3 Receipt of new orders, organizing order materials, awaiting technical confirmation, and then issuing order emails and entering them into the ERP system. 4. Customer quoting: paper quoting and quoting within the customer's system. 5. Organizing and returning all contract documents for orders. 6. Communicating with customers for the recovery of screen. 7. Filling out various survey forms sent by customers. 8. Preparing customs clearance documents and booking shipping for international customers. 9. Creating customer contract forms and customer satisfaction survey forms. 10. Assisting technical services with couriering materials, querying order information and shipment status. 11. Willingness travel under special circumstances and to undertake other tasks assigned by the leader. 个人要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of relevant experience, preference for majors in marketing, business administration, or other related fields, exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements. 2. Open-minded and good at communication, excellent teamwork skills, capable of completing tasks independently as well as working in a team. 3. Proficient in business English, able to communicate with overseas customers fluently and handle overseas orders. Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM, single and double days off
