职位职责
1. Lab work request (25%)
61 Product Development/improvement based on the product profiles as per Stage Gate process / Global Lab Work Requests issued by marketing.
61 Processing the data from experiments and laying them down in lab-notes and research reports.
2. Application and plant support (50%)
61 Product application and onsite technical support for WB products launch acceleration.
61 Technical support to existing products to gain stable quality.
61 Troubleshooting and complaints handling for production issue, customer complaint.
61 Improve quality control and inspection standards.
3. Communications (10%)
61 Co-coordinating with Planning, Sourcing, Production, QC, Commercial team.
4. Safety, (5%)
61 Contribute to continuous improvement of housekeeping & health & safety standards.
5. Quality (10%)
61 Alignment with IS0 9001 2015 / IATF 16949.
职位要求
61 Bachelor of Laboratory Science or related field such as Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
61 Over 8 years' laboratory experience with a background in chemistry/polymers. Experience in automotive coatings or related industry preferred
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
61 Effective interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
61 Proficient with Microsoft Office.
61 Conform with all site and laboratory safety requirements and policies, including participation in AkzoNobel safety programs including audits and safety meetings. Must demonstrate safe practices and behaviors.
