Job requirements:
61 Independent processing of international customer orders incl. preparation of all necessary export documents for shipment
61 Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates with planning and logistics
61 Close cooperation and participation in meetings with sales and supply chain
61 Participation in coordination meetings of the assigned customers
61 Purchasing, evaluating and organizing international transports (truck, sea and air)
61 Preparing requests for certification, certificates of origin and certificates
61 Processing of letters of credit (L/C) in compliance with international guidelines and company guideline
Job qualification:
61 Good knowledge of English.
61 Good SAP SD user skills
61 At least two year experience as sales support or similar job.
61 Custom clearance experience
61 Organisation of international special shipments such as repair, tools and sterilisation incl. preparation of all necessary customs documents
61 Organisation and support for import and export shipments
61 Responsible for entering and maintaining the necessary master data for order processing
61 Creating process documents, work instructions and training documents according to company guidelines
61 Collaboration in projects
