RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Taking a leadership position, work closely with cell based Manufacturing Systems Technicians and production operators in resolving operational problems.

2. Undertake continuous improvement projects and root cause resolution of Supplier, Production, or QOS systems problems.

3. Lead and coach the Quality Technicians in order to allow all systems to fully satisfy the quality requirements of the customer and be IATF 16949 compliant.

4. Ensure production cells operate in an efficient manner with appropriate error proofing, quality control systems, and a world class level for the quality of all products shipped.

5. Work closely with supplier QE’s, Development Engineering personnel, and operational personnel to ensure IATF 16949 compliance to AQP, PPAP, and production systems.

6. Improve cell quality and productivity key indicators including scrap, cycle time, and tool cost, and improve process control systems including the implementation of set up instructions, set up parameter sheets, set up check lists, and reaction plans.

7. Work closely with customer SQE’s to ensure product quality requirements are understood and maintained throughout the supply chain.

8. Responsible for cell specific FMEA, Control Plan design, Operational Controls, SPC
systems.

9. Responsible for final approval of PPAP submissions.

10. Responsible for Weekly QOS/MRB Status Minutes Updates.

11. Provide leadership for PECN’s.

12. Member of cell based MRB team and cell based continuous improvement team.

13. Work in compliance with customers’ specific requirement, such as QSB of SGE, Formal Q of VW, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
岗位要求：
1. An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Applied Science or appropriate combination of related education and experience.
本科学历，工程、应用科学相关专业，有相关岗位工作经验。
2. Experience in manufacturing and automotive quality requirements including IATF 16949.
了解包括IATF 16949在内的制造和汽车方面的质量要求。
3. Experience in modern quality techniques such as Error Proofing, Designed Experiments, Statistical Control, FMEA, and all automotive quality requirements including APQP, PPAP, PSO, Problem Resolution, etc.

4. Excellent communications, negotiation, conflict management and problem solving skills.
