Main responsibilities:
1.Apply FO orders to be LOM project according to defined criteria, together with Area Sales Manager
2.Analyze risk and complexity of project, define milestone / time line of key phases of selected projects: Commerce securing (L/C, bank draft, etc.), machine delivery (logistics, KMM, etc.), installation & commissioning, etc
3.Organize project team (functions needed), and regular follow-up meeting for BCM projects
4.Develop sustainable and practical solutions to address issues arising
5.Monitor project progress continuously, initiating corrective actions/escalation as needed when deviations occur.
6.When necessary, immediately escalate topics which cannot be solved in normal IMS procedure
7.Prepare professional project reports for both internal and external stakeholders
8.Document relevant files in an standard process
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering, textile engineering is preferable
2.3-5 years experience in project management, cross function, for customer oriented projects
3.Rich technical / technological experience in textile or related industry, spinning is preferred
4.Global mindset, experience in multi-culture environment
5.Ability to proactively build relationships and manage expectations across internal & external stakeholders
6.30% travel both domestic and international
