Job Descriptions: 1. Carry out the SAP HCM (Modules Personal Administration, Organizational Management), Local HR solution EWAY (Payroll, attendance …) and related interface to different system (e.g. SAP PO, clocking). 2. Implementation within a project team and to handle the change request issues of the customer. 3. Be responsible for requirement gathering, concept preparation and presentation, system customizing, testing organizing, user training conducting, application documentation and interface to project leader and to customer 4. Support of various projects e.g. implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central or release upgrades 5. Support and error handling for global employee database in SuccessFactors Employee Central and HCM implementation (side-by-side implementation) 6. Error analysis and error fixing 7. Deliver services remote and onsite to our customers globally User training, key user training in the plants 8. Close communication and collaboration with international team
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree 2. 3+ related working experience 3. Good English skills 4. SAP HR Module related background is a must 5. Good communication and Collaboration Skills
