Cross departmental communication and collaboration -Communication Bridge: As a communication link between the General Manager, various levels of management, and important external partners, it ensures accurate communication of information, enhances internal team cohesion, and facilitates smooth external cooperation. 3. Senior management affairs and operational support -Administrative management: Coordinate the administrative work of the General Office, including but not limited to document review, process approval, and reimbursement management, to ensure office efficiency. -Schedule: Efficiently plan and manage the general manager's schedule, including meetings, travel, customer visits, etc., to ensure the maximum utilization of their time. -Visitor reception: Responsible for receiving important visitors and arranging related affairs to ensure the professionalism of the company's internal and external image. 4. Human resources and team building support -Talent management: Assist in formulating and implementing key talent strategies, participate in the identification and retention of core talents, promote talent development and organizational capacity enhancement. -Leadership development: Proactively learn and summarize the management methods and decision-making thinking of the general manager, take on more responsibilities, and gradually grow into a reserve talent for company business management. 任职资格: 1.
