RESPONSIBILITY: - Responsible to bridge the gap between business requirements (Product Owners / EPIC leader) and software development team - Responsible to execute data analytics / requirements engineering to determine requirements and deliver data-driven requirements & recommendations in balance with technical feasibility - Supports the stakeholders during the analysis and planning stages of an epic (stories / use cases) reviews the epic/ use case in terms of logical structure before the stakeholders sign off - Clarifies open points before development phase begins (counter part for development teams) - Supports the Customer care team to reach Customer satisfaction - Translate use cases into technical detail: analysis, documentation, coordination and management of requirements - Contribute to deliver Objective and Key results for product Unit Digital - Support various Product management and Marketing activities like promotion , go to market , pricing etc - Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly on-site. - Plan and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met according to the schedule and stakeholders are kept informed. - Provide on-site support to resolve customer issues and clarify project details, ensuring seamless communication between the Swiss and Chinese teams REQUIREMENT: - University degree in Textile Technology, Information Science, or related field - Experience in Business Analyst or similar role - Experience of working in software development teams with agile method - Experience in project management within software development or textile industry, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects. - Digital Transformation, affinity to digitalization - Strong skills in customer relationship management and experience providing on-site support. Solid understanding of cultural differences and effective communication in international settings - Strong communication - Strong English skill both in written & oral
