Responsibilities:
- Define key design points of tooling to corresponding product specification.
- Optimization of tooling design in terms of efficiency, output, quality and cost reduction.
- Support APQP procedure regarding tooling issues of new samples.
- Support tooling testing/trail run for new samples/parts in production, record all points and look for improvement.
- Support and participation in improvement projects.
- Tooling supplier technical support and development, localization, etc.
- Make tool design based on CH print.
Requirement:
- College degree or higher in tool design, material forming, mechanical engineering or related major.
- 3D software is a must. Solidworks or UG is preferred.
- 3 years or above relative work experience in the forming, forging tool design, cold pressing tool design knowledge is preferred.
