Responsibilities: - Conduct supplier development, inquiry, price negotiation and sign long-term supply agreement according to the company's procurement process; - Actively implement procurement strategy, continuously reduce costs and improve supplier performance based on TCO principle; - Be responsible for purchasing non productive materials as below and tracking the delivery date: MRO: Office supplies, PPE, consumables and tools for production, quality and laboratory, spare parts, etc.; Non productive chemicals; IT related: IT hardware, software and maintenance, etc.; Packaging materials, turnover boxes, etc.; Service: EHS related: security, fire protection, testing, drainage, hazardous waste disposal, ISO system audit, etc.; Quality related: third-party testing, cleaning, etc.; Logistics related: domestic and international logistics; Facilities and engineering services: power distribution room, air compressor, boiler, forklift maintenance, equipment installation and outsourcing maintenance, etc.; Requirement: - Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferred; - 3+ years working experience of procurement in automotive or mechanical industry; - SAP skills is preferred; - ISO/QS/ IATF16949 knowledge; - Good communication and negotiation skills; - Result and service providing oriented; - Willing to travel; - Proven proficiency in purchasing with a manufacturing environment.
