要求：
1. Bachelor degree and above，major in Mechanical Engineering etc.
本科及以上学历，机械自动化、材料等理工科专业等
2. Good level of English to be able to work with abroad colleagues.
良好的英语水平，能够与国外的同事一起工作。
3. At least 5 years working experience in quality management field of automotive industry.
至少五年的汽车零部件领域质量管理经验。要求有对接过主机厂经验者。
4. Master quality management tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, VDA 2, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, MSA, VDA 5)
熟练掌握质量管理工具（APQP, FMEA, PPAP, VDA 2, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, MSA, VDA 5）。
