Job tasks:
61 Responsible for preparing monthly financial report (balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement) and assess company financial situation according to PRC GAAP and Swiss GAAP.
61 Responsible for preparing annual budget, monthly forecast, annual hourly rate calculation, standard cost updating and impact analysis.
61 Responsible for maintaining daily TPC into SAP and calculating cost for new products.
61 Responsible for daily purchasing requisition checking.
61 Responsible for daily assets management(addition, scrap, transfer etc.)
61 Conducting regular audits of inventory, expenses, and capital investments to identify areas for optimization and risk mitigation.
61 Acting as a business partner to management, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and drive growth. (Margin, PPV, MUV, value-added cost, scrap analysis, inventory health analysis, capacity utilization analysis etc.)
61 Responsible for inventory provision calculation scrap calculation and management.
61 Responsible for auditing material preparation.
61 Responsible for SAP HANA testing(CO module).
61 Other Ad-hoc assigned.
Job requirements:
61 Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
61 Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably European or Amercian manufacturing industry.
61 Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
61 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
61 Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
61 Fluency in English and excellent in SAP.
