Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Overall Load cell product management (50%) - Responsible for load cell product portfolio and roadmap management, leading overall load cell product’s lifecycle management, including business justification, NPDI definition, launch, and phase out. - Assist in definition and execution of load cell product strategy and initiatives for driving business growth in alignment with different SBUs global strategy and PO-China strategy. - Synergies between SBUs/POs on LC assortment optimizations, usage of standard interfaces and ensure that some standards are shared with MFR (DWC, O4A,…). - Lead E2E collaboration with internal and external customers for product technical support, ECR management and coordination of product delivery with good quality and lead-time. - Take PM role of POLC Business Agility to ensure continuous value stream. * Professional technical marketing outputs (40%) - Load cell product list price setup. - Build marketing tools, including datasheet, brochure, website content, video and innovative demos and so on. - NPDI dashboard, ECM dashboard and Phase-out dashboard maintenance. - Markets analysis, competition analysis report. - Monthly business report to stakeholders. - VoC collection and professional support to customers with R&D. - Internal customers product training Doc and LC guidelines with R&D. * Others (10%) - As weighing partner, customer focus, continue to improve customer satisfaction. - E2E collaboration with Ops/AED/SCM/Quality/Finance/HR to better support IC customer, quality, and IP cases.
Critical Competencies / Minimum Requirements: * Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electronical Engineering background, bachelor degree above. * 5+ years' product management experience. * Experience of Industry or LAB product solution is a plus. * Strong strategic thinking and communication ability. * Good leadership and team spirit, proactive work attitude and open mind thinking. * Fluent English in spoken, listening and writing.
