This position is responsible for costing and cost analysis to help business in various aspects including Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Closing & Forecast and annual PP, Annual Hourly rate, tack-on-rate, Production order management; Standard Cost maintenance, Assembly & VCB Products cost control and margin analysis; Offer annual TP; Production performance report; E&O and Inventory forecast management , annual Physical inventory, cycle counting etc.
" Closing 61 Monthly closing and deliver reports accurately and on time; 61 Provide margin report; 61 Cost variance analysis; absorption analysis; calculate, analyze and report cost variance; highlight outstanding manufacturing overhead items 61 Provide PPV report and audit monthly cost out report before publish 61 Monthly economic material and sales (ECOMAT and ECOSAL) impact reporting 61 Monthly CONC report preparation and monthly efficiency report, Hourly Rate report and MFG analysis report; 61 Rolling Forecast o Assist to prepare STD margin forecast base on sales forecast and variance forecast o Coordinate to prepare inventory and DOH forecast by working with planning and procurement. 61 Profit plan: o Manages the setting of new standard costs (material, labor and burden) o Co-ordinates and prepare inventory and DOH annual plan Costing and Inventory 61 Supervise, review and maintain standard costs setup for both purchased and manufactured items by communicating with SBM and Engineering, and works with production and warehouse to establish correct material usage, and review the accuracy of assembly products routine hours setting and make sure the correct labor hours usage by working with process engineering; 61 Update Annual standard cost and annual hourly rate; 61 Assembly and VCB products cost control and margin analysis by each project or each order; 61 Offer annual TP, and daily provide quotation to IU companies; 61 Monthly review E&O by working with procurement, planning, engineering teams; 61 Monthly follow up long-term aging production work orders; 61 Monthly follow up operation performance with operation team; supporting high-5 performance forecast and tracking; 61 Lead physical inventory counts, plans and manages the counting event and makes the count variance report; 61 Follow-up of cycle counting in warehouse and production workshop;"
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration Minimum 3 years of experience in other relevant position in a multi-national company environment.
