QUALIFICATION 任职资格：
1. 中专（或相当于）以上学历，机械类/焊接类相关专业;
Secondary (or equivalent) education or above, mechanical or welding related major
2. 3年以上制造型工厂工作经验，1年以上班长工作经验;
Over 3 years’ manufacturing plant experience and over 1 year’s shift leader work experience;
3. 为人正直、工作严谨细心、坚持原则；
Integrity & honest, work carefully, and adhere to principles
4. 积极进取，有较强的学习能力；善于沟通、敬业、能吃苦耐劳；
Active and aggressive, dedicated and hard-working with strong learning ability and good communication skill;
5. 较强的工作责任心和执行能力、良好的团队合作精神；
Strong sense of responsibility and execute ability, good team-work spirit;
6. 能熟练使用电脑; 有英语读写能力者优先。
Skilled in using computers, English reading and writing ability is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
1. 根据订单协调本部门内各种资源，安排好生产，处理生产中的各类突发状况；
Organize resources within department according to PO, arrange production, and deal with emergency things during production.
2. 培训、考核及激励部门内员工；
To Train, evaluate and inspire employees in the department;
3. 服从上级安排，按时保质保量完成上级下达的各项任务。对本班生产线的产出、效率、质量负责；理解生产过程中的相关客户要求并严格执行,发现不符合产品或客户要求时及时纠正.明白质量的重要性.
Obey higher authorities’ arrangement, complete tasks timely with full quality and quantity. Be responsible for on-shift production lines’ output, efficiency and quality; Fully understand customers’ requirements and importance of quality.
4. 领导作业员做好作业区域及设备的5S工作，维持整洁有序的作业环境；
Leader operators to do 5S job within operating area and on machine well, and to maintain tidy and clean work environment;
5. 监督并指导作业员严格按照作业规范、检验规范、设备维护方法、安全作业要求进行作业，帮助作业员解决作业中的问题；
To monitor and guide operators to work strictly in terms of operation standard, Inspection Standard, Equipment Maintenance Method and Safety work Standard, to help operators to solve operating problems;
6. 如实﹑认真﹑按要求做好班组台帐、作业定单、物料盘点的维护和统计工作。每天对生产线看板进行日常维护管理；
To make daily ledger and order, maintain and statistics material inventory as request honestly and cautiously. keep daily management on production board.
7. 根据车间绩效考核制度，每天做好对当班组员的绩效考核评分和记录；
Score and record on-shift operators’ performance evaluation according to Plant Evaluation System;
8. 负责本班组新作业员的培训：产品基本知识、质量要求、岗位技能、劳动纪律、安全生产等；
Implement new operators’ training on products basic knowledge, quality requirement, job skills, dynamic discipline, and safety production etc.
9. 做好交接班工作，为下一班生产活动的顺利开展作好准备；
Handover well with next-shift leader, and do good preparation for next shift’s production work;
10. 配合做好公司安排的MOS和持续改善活动。
Assist company MOS and continuous improvement;
11. 执行上级交付的其它工作。
Other assigned tasks by supervisor.
12. 掌握本区域化学品的正常使用，异常处理和安全管理以及废弃物处理
Grasp area chemical’s normal use, exception handling, safety management and waste disposal
13. 遵循和遵守安全规程和接受安全培训
Follow and comply with safety regulations and get safety training.
