工作职责:
1. Coordinate project resource and manage project cost, schedule and quality targets for automotive NPI projects
2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
3. Apply statistical methods CPK, yield for analyzing data to evaluate new products and processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
5. Responsible for manufacturability pre-study at the early stage to assess the production concept, the assembly process, quality issues and take improvement actions.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronics Engineering.
2. At least 3 years+ working experience in automotive NPI development and production maintain area.
3. IC design, fab, assembly, test, AECQ100, data analysis knowledge are necessary.
4. Familiar with ISO9001, ASPICE, ISO26262.
5.Organizing ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills
6.Good management skills.
