Responsibilities工作职责:

1.独立管理新产品开发项目
Independent management of new product development projects.

2.管理分配给项目的团队，进行时间、成本以及所需资源安排。监督和控制项目成本和时间。对所有的项目内容进行总结。确保项目的结果被转移到相关的部门或组织并汲取经验教训
Manages the project team allocated to the project, make schedule, cost and resource planning. Monitors and controls project cost and time. Brings all the project elements to a conclusion. Ensures project results are transferred to relevant line organization or department responsible. Captures lessons learned.

3.管理跨领域的项目团队以及担任其他内部和外部的接口
Management of the interdisciplinary project team as well as other internal and external interface functions.

4.作为项目利益相关者的关键联系人。及时有效地将适当的信息传达给利益相关者，以达到预期的理解和支持
Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support.

5.在各指导委员会中准备并进行项目进展报告以及准备决策文件
Preparation and presentation of project progress reports and decision papers in various steering committees.

6.在团队和委员会中提出决策建议
Bring decisions in the team and in committees.

7.在"门径管理"过程中应用项目管理方法，并参与持续改进
Application of project management methods within the Stage Gate process and participation in continuous improvement.

Job Requirements职位基本要求:

1.具本科及以上学历，熟悉项目管理方法和流程，并对技术和业务有良好的了解，拥有PMP证书者优先考虑
Bachelor's degree or above, have knowledge of the essential project management methods and process as well as a good technical and business understanding, PMP is a plus.

2.拥有至少2年以上跨部门，团队的项目管理经验
Has at least 2 years‘ experience with cross-departmental, team-based project management

3.具有高于平均水平的积极性和在压力下工作的能力
Above-average motivation and ability to work under pressure

4.有能力管理多个项目，具有较强的管理规划能力，逻辑思维清晰，能够促进项目内外部交流沟通，协调资源管理等
Ability to manage multiple projects, Strong management planning skills, clear logical thinking, promote internal and external project communication, coordinate resource management, etc.

5.你的优势包括谈判技巧、冲突管理、自信、团队合作以及灵活性
Your strengths include negotiating skills, conflict management, assertiveness, teamwork and flexibility.

6.良好的英语沟通能力，包括口头和书面沟通。有跨国公司工作经验者Fluent written and spoken English skills, have experience working in multinational companies is a plus.
