电气设计工程师-伺服驱动 Electrical Design Engineer-Servo Motor Drive
工作职责:
岗位描述/职责
1. 负责处理伺服电机驱动单元/系统所有事宜。
2. 负责伺服电机和驱动器硬件选择，为采购提供技术支持。
3. 负责设计驱动单元柜。
4. 负责伺服电机、驱动单元与机器控制系统的通讯；优化伺服电机控制参数。
5. 准备驱动单元物料清单。
6. 为装配和调试提供技术支持。
7. 负责处理其他部门相关驱动器和通讯方面的问题。
8. 执行奥地利总部工程师关于驱动单元的设计指导。
9. 协助电气设计工程师，必要时与奥地利恩格尔的工程师进行沟通。
10. 上级要求完成的其它任务。
Job Description/Responsibility
1. Responsible for whole motor drive unit/system handling.
2. In charge of servo motor and drive hardware selection, technical support for purchasing.
3. In charge of drive unit cabinet design.
4. In charge of servo motor, drive unit, machine control system communication; Optimize servo motor control data.
5. Prepare Bill of Material of drive unit.
6. Technical support for assembly and start up.
7. Any other help request from other department regarding drive system and machine communication is in responsibility.
8. Implement direction from Austria Headquarter regarding drive unit.
9. Cooperate with electrical engineer, communicate with related Engineer in Engel Austria if necessary.
10. Other responsibilities may assigned by supervisor.
任职资格:
工作要求/标准
1. 电力电子和电力传动、电气自动化、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟知伺服电机控制原理和相关工艺知识，精通电动马达特性、电力特性和负载特性。
3. 熟练的伺服电机测试和评估技术。
4. 熟练运用EPLAN和Microsoft Office软件优先。
5. 三年以上驱动装置设计经验，注塑机方面优先。
6. 驱动装置技术功底深厚，熟悉电气元件，掌握KEBA或相似控制器方面的知识。
7. 英语四级及以上。
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Power Electronics and Power Drives, Electric Automatization, Mechanotronics or equivalent.
2. Skilled in servo motor control principle and related process knowledge, master electrical motor control characteristic, power characteristic and load characteristic.
3. Skilled in servo motor testing and evaluating technology.
4. Skilled in using of EPLAN, Microsoft Office is preferable.
5. More than 3 years’ experience in drive unit designing, in Injection Molding Machine is preferable.
6. With deep technical background in drive unit, familiar with electric components, knowledge of KEBA or similar controller.
7. English skill CET4 or above.
