Job description
Responsible for MDA(Washing machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Air conditioner and TV) products sourcing quality
1 Supplier quality management and development
1) Audit supplier factory and production process assessment, develop quality system and production process to meet company requirement
2) Communicate with supplier for quality improvement and track quality performance
3) Communicate with supplier for customer complaint issues
2 Product quality management
1) Check product inspection report and communicate with supplier for related topics
2) Track SCR(service call rato) result of product
3) Analyze SCR data and define corrective actions, and track the result with suppllier
3 New product launch support
1) Define product inspection criteria during product definition
2) Support customer for product service documents and training
3) Handling new product system operation
4 Data analysis and reporting
1) Guide improvement accoring to service data analysis
2) Tracking supplier performance and reporting


Request
1 Education background: Bachelor degree of mechanical,electrical or related majors
2 More than 3 years experience of MDA products(Washing machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Air conditioner and TV)
3 More than 3 years experience of factory production/quality/engineering of MDA products
4 Supplier quality engineer experience is plus
5 Be able to travel and work in supplier factory
6 English communication is necessary
7 Good at data MS tools(especially Excel)
8 Teamwork
