61 Packaging supervision for “Cabling and Measuring Instrumentation“
61 Design work: Data based CAE Computer Aided Engineering for instrumentation and preparation of inquiry specification for subcontractor
61 Instrument and Control Documents designation with COMOS, and drawings making by CAE;
61 Turbine and Compressor Machine instrument material Selection design, Functional checking, and Assembling support;
61 Test protocols preparation, and project relevant documents control;
61 Review of the modifications with the I&C department in Europe, keep focusing on improvement；
61 Quality control: Instrument functional inspection and testing, hardware loop and software configuration & functional checking; on-site service support and follow up;
61 Subcontractor liaison and support: looking for potential subcontractor, clarify the inquiry specification and support the purchase department；
61 Complete other work arranged by superior leader
61 Product safety activities: transfer of all regulatory requirements from the product specification into the technical specification, implementation of the regulatory requirements in product evaluation and product changes, creation of a concept for proof of conformity
Competencies
61 Turbo machinery academic knowledge
Steam turbine, RIKT,RG,PGSK,RB,*** compressor machine, Gas turbine knowledge, especially in instrument control application field
61 Instrument & control knowledge
Expert in material selection optimum. Control system parts’ Functional check and test.
61 Design ability
Familiar with I&C detail design work; experienced to create relevant I&C documents, such as P&ID, Block diagram, instrument list, instrument datasheet, Junction box & instrument racks, I/O list, Signal list, field wiring diagram, Wring schematic, general arrangement local panel.
61 Problem solving
Solving I&C assembling inconsistence timely. Deal with the material problem in order to fulfil OTD requirements.
61 Design software
Familiar with COMOS, SAP, CAD, Office software tools
61 Documentation
Prepare, achieve project documents according to standard requirement
61 Stands (GB/API/ATEX)
Familiar with I&C relevant GB, API, ATEX code contents, fulfil the requirement into project probably
61 Cost optimum
Optimize I&C material application
61 Familiar with turbo machinery API standard requirement application
61 Experienced for Instrument and control knowledge, PCS7 program langue
Essential: Fluency in English
Desirable: SAP, further languages
