工作职责:
2.0 JOB SUMMARY
01 Lead the development of injection mold, and support the new product design.
3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Coordinate part designer and tooling vendor about the product request, review and confirm DFM from tooling vendor.
01 Review and approve the mold design from tooling vendor according to VOSS mold standard.
01 Follow the mold making process according to the schedule, check the mold making status by mile stone.
01 Trial the mold, set up injection parameter based on VOSS tool trial process, and trouble shoot the problems during tool trial.
01 Review the dimension check report, working together with part designer to set up mold optimization request.
01 Work together with tooling vendor to set up mold optimization action plan, follow the mold optimization until all dimension and appearance meeting the requirement.
01 Provide the samples for dimension check and DVP test at VOSS, check the mold on site before mold transfer back to VOSS.
01 Give comments to part designer from point view of mold, like necessary design change for mold making.
01 Assist senior mold engineer to collect data, to form project database.
01 Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the company from time to time.

协助高级模具工程师收集资料，形成项目数据库。

任职资格:
4.0 REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
01 Bachelor degree with mold or mechanical
01 2 years’ experience of precision injection mold
01 Familiar with mold making and molding
01 Familiar with Word, Excel etc.
01 Demonstrate strategic thinking approach and service attitude
01 Fluent in English with speaking and writing
