工作职责:
1. Supervise and guide the production process to ensure product quality meets standard requirements, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs.

2. Responsible for organizing and supervising the daily maintenance and upkeep of production equipment, ensuring normal operation and timely resolution of routine equipment failures.
负责组织，监督生产设备的日常维护和保养工作，确保设备正常运行，及时处理生产过程中出现的常规设备故障。
3. Strictly enforce safety production regulations and standards, implement a safety production responsibility system, ensure employees comply with safety procedures, and prevent accidents.
严格执行安全生产法规和标准，落实安全生产责任制，确保员工遵守安全操作规程，预防事故发生。
4. Strictly follow the company's quality management system, monitor product quality during production, and ensure products meet quality requirements.
严格按照公司质量管理体系执行，监控产品生产过程中质量，确保产品符合质量要求。
5. Effectively control production costs through optimizing production processes and improving resource utilization.
通过优化生产流程、提高资源利用率等措施，有效控制生产成本。
6. Responsible for recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation of production line personnel.
负责产线生产人员的招聘、培训、考核和激励。
7. Ensure production processes comply with environmental protection requirements, reduce pollutant emissions, implement clean production, and promote the implementation of environmental improvement projects.
确保生产过程符合环保要求，减少污染物排放，实施清洁生产，推动环境改善项目的实施。
8. Set up SOP document for all products, ensure production process follow the SOP.
编制产品SOP，确保生产过程遵循SOP
9. Collaborate with other departments (such as procurement, sales, research and development, finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of production activities.
与其他部门（如采购、销售、研发、财务等）协作，确保生产活动的顺利进行。
10. Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives
支持及推动6S的推行
11. Other work assigned by superior and company

任职资格：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，化工、化学工程与工艺、机械工程等相关专业
2. More than 5 years of experience in chemical industry production management, with extensive production line operation and management experience.
5年以上化工行业生产管理经验，具有丰富的生产线操作和管理经验
3. Familiar with chemical production processes and understand production equipment and automation control systems.
熟悉化工生产工艺，了解生产设备和自动化控制系统
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
熟练使用办公软件及生产管理软件
5. Possess good organizational, coordination, communication, and team management skills.
具备良好的组织、协调、沟通和团队管理能力
6. Strong awareness of safety production and risk management capabilities.
具有较强的安全生产意识和风险管理能力
7. Familiar with national safety production, environmental protection, and other relevant regulations and industry standards.
