Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Lead sourcing team （Direct Materials） for all sourcing activities to meet Operations needs, manage the supply chain risk in advance; foresee, mitigate and dispose on time the high risks in supply chain.
带领（直接）采购团队执行所有采购活动满足运营需求，提前预见及管理供应链风险并采取及时的响应措施。
2.Support to define and implement sourcing strategies with Global & China category leader
协助定义并执行落实采购策略
3.Plan, set up and lead to optimize the effective supplier base for production site needs.
持续建立并优化供应商库满足生产运营及降本增效需求
4.Responsible for the supplier base development and marketing analysis as well as pushing for localization
负责市场分析及供应商开发以持续推动本土化
5.Optimize Material cost to fulfill the saving roadmap and maximize company EBIT
采购成本不断优化以满足降本路线图及助力化公司运营业绩
6.Build-up and manage on-site Sourcing team with support of leader under Global Sourcing Framework.
建立和管理采购团队以满足集团在全球采购的框架及要求
Skills and Qualifications 任职资格
1.Bachelor in Management or Mechanical or Automatic
本科学历，管理、机械或自动化专业
2.At least 8 years of manufacturing experience
至少8年制造型企业工作经验
3.Experienced MRP system is preferred, SAP experience is preferred
熟悉MRP系统（了解SAP系统更佳）
4.Experience in Mechanical & commercial parts is preferred
有机械及商业件采购经验更佳
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通技能
6.Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and strong cross team coordination ability
适应相对灵活的工作环境及较强的跨职能协调能力
7.Knowledge of business, Price negotiations
具有商业知识及价格谈判技能
8.Good problem-solving skills
良好的解决问题的能力
9.Computer skills, English written and spoken at a good level
