Responsibility:

- Good problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Tri chart, 14Q, etc.).

- Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Pareto, 5WHY, Ishikawa, etc.).

- Proficiency in English in writing, speaking, and listening.

- Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or IATF16949, with experience as a system and/or process auditor (e.g., VDA6.3).

- Familiarity with quality-related methods/processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PDCA, Problem-Solving/8D).

Requirement:
- Experience in supplier management regarding new projects, improvement programs, claims, and regular quality performance reviews.

- Deep technical expertise in one or more of the following processes:
a) Machining b) Coating c) Heat treatment.
