工作职责Work Responsbilities
61带领团队成员，组织落实相关资源，完成生产制造过程的效率、质量、成本、交期、安全等既定目标，符合公司利益的同时，满足客户需求；
Lead the team, to achieve the established goals of efficiency, quality, cost, delivery and safety in the manufacturing process, meet the business targets and the needs of customers;
61负责生产全流程管理，对组织规划，人员发展培养，员工绩效提升，员工工作安全负责；对冲压、车削、滚压、装配、磨削、GNC等相关工序设备表现及持续改进负责；
Responsible for the management of the whole production process, including organizational development, staff training and development, staff performance improvement and staff safety; Responsible for the performance and continuous improvement of stamping, turning, rolling, assembly, grinding, GNC and other equipments;
61完善生产体系的管理流程、操作规程、工作标准等，组织制定实施细则，并检查督促落实，对管理的工作效率及管理水平进行持续改进；
Improve the production process, procedures, working standards, etc. of the production system, organize the formulation of implementation, inspect and supervise the implementation, and continuously improve the production efficiency and management level;
61对产品制造过程质量控制及改进负责，配合过程质量工程师对制造过程质量问题以及来自客户的质量投诉进行分析改进，制订相关预防及改进措施并监督执行；
Responsible for production process quality control and improvement, cooperate with quality to analyze and improve process quality problems and quality complaints from customers, make prevention and improvement measures and responsible for the implementation;
61依据业务流程，负责与质量、项目、销售、设备设施、模具、物流等相关部门的横向联系，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，落实、监督、调控生产过程的各项资源配置，确保生产高效运行；
Responsible for collaboration with the quality, project management, sales, equipment and facilities, tooling, logistics and other related departments, coordinate the communication and cooperation between departments, implement, supervise and control the allocation of various resources in the production process, to ensure the efficient operation of production;
61从新项目初期报价，到项目生命周期结束，配合项目部及销售部对产品实现全生命周期管理，实现产品质量、制造成本的持续改进；
Cooperate with the project management and the sales to realize products E2E management from the SOP to the EOP, to fulfill the continuous improvement of product quality and manufacturing cost;
61团队管理及人员管理;
Team management and people management;
61领导交办的其它任务。

Qualifications招聘资质
教育背景Education:
61全日制本科及以上学历Bachelor degree and above
61机械自动化、数控加工及其相关专业Major in mechanical engineering、CNC machining or related
61熟练的英语听说读写能力，英语可以作为工作语言Good English both in written and oral
工作经验Working experience
61至少十年的生产管理工作经验，其中至少五年作为管理者角色At least 10 years working experience in production management field, at least 5 years in leader role
61汽车零部件行业从业者优先Automotive market experience is preferred
专业技能Professional skill
61熟练掌握机加工(车、磨、滚压等)、冲压、清洗等工艺In-depth process knowledge in CNC machining( turning, grinding, rolling and so on), metal forming, cleaning etc.
61熟悉了解FANUC机器人、EMAG车削中心、SCHULER压机设备等优先Familiar with FANUC Robotics, EMAG turning machines, Schuler Press machine is prefer
61扎实精益管理知识及工作经验 rich knowledge and working experience in lean management
61熟悉汽车行业质量体系
61Familiar with the quality system of the automotive industry
