1. Responsible for collecting laws, regulations and standards on national security, environmental protection and occupational health management, and ensuring that they are implemented within the company;
2. Organize or participate in the formulation of safety and environmental protection rules and regulations, operating procedures and emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents of the unit
3. Responsible for the company's annual pollutant discharge, solid waste disposal declaration, and detection of occupational hazard site hazard factors
4. Responsible for the supervision of the company's safety, environmental protection and occupational health facilities to ensure that they are in a normal state
5. Responsible for the company's three-level safety education management and employee occupational health management
6. Responsible for the establishment, update and maintenance of employee safety training files and occupational health records
7. Responsible for organizing the company's safety inspection, timely investigation of production safety accidents, and putting forward suggestions for improving safety production management
8. Participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment of safety and environmental protection accidents within the company, and be responsible for the implementation of rectification and prevention measures.
9. Organize and carry out the company's hazard identification and risk assessment, and effectively control its progress to prevent, reduce or eliminate risks, and supervise the implementation of safety management measures for hazard sources in the unit
10. Organize emergency rescue drills of the unit, compile drill summaries, participate in emergency rescue and investigation and handling
11. Purchase labor protection supplies, protective/rescue equipment, warning signs, etc., and post and maintain warning signs on site
12. Responsible for the training of construction outsourcing personnel, personnel qualification inspection/retention, construction plan disclosure, and signing construction outsourcing agreement
13. Manage the approval of factory operation tickets: such as climbing operations, hot operations, and limited space operations
14. Responsible for the verification of special equipment in the factory, file management, and declaration of special equipment
15. Responsible for the annual review of the files and certificates of special operation personnel in the plant
