"负责所属班次、人员协调和培训工作，以实现公司要求的各项指标（安全、质量、效率和成本）。
Responsible for the subordinate divisions machining production,personnel adjustment, training and management work , in order to achieve company's indicators (safety, quality, efficiency, and cost)."
"协助机加工主管做好生产现场的管理措施的落实（理想线各种点检的落实和各种指导书落实等）。
Assist machining supervisor of manufacturing management and continuous improvement."
"确保刀具的正确的分析并提高刀具的使用寿命，问题刀具的分析的跟踪。
Ensure correct tool analysis and tooling life improvement."
"负责生产工艺问题和质量问题的收集，整理，跟踪以及推动解决。
Be responsible for process improvement when possible."
"协助生产计划的执行，跟踪生产任务的完成情况，WIP状态的确认与统计，及时与计划沟通调整计划。
Assist operation of new production plan, and testing for new production."
"与维修部门合作，做好设备的维护工作，对于多发和重复发生的问题做好跟踪并解决。
In cooperation with the maintenance department to deal with equipment maintenance work."
"优化设备综合利用率和机器小时可用性。
Ensure optimization of OEE and machine hours availability."
"完成领导安排的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by the leader."

"1.掌握丰富的关于车削、滚齿、剃齿、车磨、磨齿的设备调试及加工工艺知识；
Good knowledge of turning, hobbing, shaving, turning grinding, grinding machine and processes.
2. 丰富的管理技能及团队建设技能；
Management skill and tem building skill.
3.有独立工作和团队工作的能力。
