Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development of new products and mechanical structural design, responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and design quality of the output at each stage of the design. Adhere to the product development process, execute development plans, and meet requirements for cost, quality, and technical specifications.
* Responsible for maintenance of MOL products including quality issue solving, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
* Actively learn new technologies and methods and promote their application; regularly summarize and summarize design experience and write technical reports.
* promote the team's knowledge sharing activities.
* Support agile teams to ensure delivers business value as planned.
* Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:
* Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above, or long-term (5 years or more) engaged in relevant technical work and have equivalent technical knowledge
* Working experiences
- More than 3 years
* Professional skills
- Have experience in product structure development, understand the basic knowledge of injection molding, die casting, sheet metal working, machining and other processes, and can independently undertake the structure design of products.
- Experience in structural improvement engineering and ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Master common design software Creo and design platform Teamcenter.
- Familiar with product development and structure development process, familiar with SAP system.
- Having work experience in an agile team will be better.
- Good team player with a critical, yet result- oriented and positive attitude.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
