RESPONSIBILITY:
- Leading initiatives of the Automation & Robotics Project Portfolio
- Enable RIETER as a system integrator with the products and services developed
- Lead external partnerships with suppliers and technology partners to bring new technologies to Rieter
- Perform analysis on automation system level
- Manage and engineer requirements
- Transformation to feature specification for internal development teams and external partners
- Planning and monitoring of development in the areas of technical scope, budget and schedule
- Coordination with project team members from adjacent product units and competence centers
- Preparation and support of acceptance tests, assistance of commissioning abroad
- Strong collaboration with Product Management and Project Engineering
- Technical sales support in the area of Automation & Robotics solutions

REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Automation, Robotics or Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Automation and / or Robotics know how
- Project Management skills (Agile as well as Waterfall)
- Affinity to realize iterative product development process
- Strong capabilities in communication
- Cross-functional understanding, able to effectively work in a matrix organization
- Inter-cultural competence & international experience
- English Advanced
