Position (Summary) 职位概述

Maximizing customer’s satisfaction for supplying highest quality products by strictly managing the process and final inspection quality control.
严格管理过程和终检质量控制以提供优质产品以提升客户的满意度。
一. 关键职责 Key Responsibilities
1. Work with Production Supervisor to set up SOP and work instructions for manufacturing of the rolls and customized equipment 与生产主管一起制订用于轧辊制造和专机设备的标准作业流程和作业指导书;
2. Assist General Manager to implement Operational Excellence(“Opex”) System from ground level to bronze level/silver level and golden level within the timeline and milestone set by the Company; 协助总经理推在公司制订的时间线和里程碑节点内推行实施卓越运营体制；
3. Assist General Manager to achieve the annual target on Opex metrics including *** pass yield(FPY), On time delivery(OTD) and Cost of Poor Quality(CoPQ); 协助总经理完成年度卓越运营指标包括一次性合格率、准时交付率和不良品率；
4. Responsible for quality control of manufacturing process to ensure product quality is 100% qualified before delivery 负责生产制造过程的质量控制，确保产品质量在交付前100%合格;
5. Responsible for quality assurance management for the incoming、in process and outgoing of the rolls 负责轧辊的入厂、制造过程和出厂的质量保障管理;
6. Responsible for commissioning, training and final acceptance on precision instrument at customer’s site 负责在客户现场的精密仪器调试、培训和终验收；
7. Responsible for quality control of customized equipment from subcontractors 负责外包商提供的专机设备的品质控制；
8. Responsible for collection and disposal of NCR & CCR, and coordinate with operations department or supplier/subcontractor to take corrective and improvement actions with Fishbone diagram/8D/5WHY methods etc 负责客户投诉和公司内部不良品报告的收集和处置，与营运部门或供应商/外包商协调采用鱼刺图/8D/5 Why等方法采取纠正和改进措施;
9. Responsible for routine management and calibration of gauges/measurement instruments to comply with company’s quality assurance system and statutory requirements from local authorities 负责量器具/测量仪器的日常管理和校验以确保符合公司品质保证和当地政府部门的法定要求;
10. Responsible for annual supplier/subcontractor audit according to annual audit plan and follow up corrective actions负责根据年度审核计划进行供应商/外包商的审核，并跟踪改进措施;
11. Mentor the evaluation of quality metrics and trends, PDCA thinking and root cause analysis at all levels of the organization; 指导组织中所有层级的员工学会评估质量指标&趋势、计划-执行-检查-处理的思考方式和根源分析；
12. Other tasks assigned by company 公司安排的其他工作。
二. Key Capabilities 工作要求
1. Education学历: University graduated or above 本科或以上学历;
2. Basic ability on written English 具有基本的书面英语能力;
3. Six Sigma certification and experience on lean manufacturing will be a plus 有6西格玛证书和精益制造经验者优先考虑；
4. Good interpersonal communication and coordinating skill, team spirit and be willing to take responsibility and adapt to short term business trip 应具有较强的沟通、协调、团队合作精神，有责任担当，能适应短期出差;
5. Ability to prioritize quality management work with strong problem solving capability; 具备较强的解决问题的能力以优先处理质量管理工作；
6. Computer skill: Be familiar with office software(word, excel, powerpoint, visio, and pivot table etc.) 计算机技能：熟悉使用Office办公软件(word, excel, powerpoint, visio 和数据透视表etc.);
7. Experience经验:
a) Min. 3 years’working experience in roll manufacturing industry for daily quality management including process quality control and final inspection quality control; 至少3年以上在轧辊制造企业的日常质量管理工作经验，包括过程质量控制和终检质量控制；
b) Min. 3 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing industry as Quality Supervisor at foreign companies 至少3年以上在外资机械制造型企业的质量主管工作经历；
c) Quality systems experience to ISO 9001 or equivalent 有ISO9001或同等质量体系认证经验。
