Main Responsibilities:
61 Constantly focus on improvement of the production process from the engineering, EHS, quality, productivity, cost efficiency aspect.
61 Lead Continuous Improvement Program
61 Plan the Production engineering subjective and deliver the result.
61 Manage the production know-how/product documents/drawings / Process Flows / SOP / BOM, tools/fixture development etc.
61 Professional and intime support the shop floor production process.
61 Lead process problem solving / root cause analysis.
61 Communicate to global engineering team focus on product/production improvement, including the ECR/ECN/Bom handling.
61 Study production know-how and develop operator's knowledge and workmanship.
61 Manage the production engineering team deliver other expected result of the organization.
61 Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree, mechanic or electric engineering related
background.
61 Six Sigma Black or Green belt certification preferred.
61 Above 3 years manufacturing engineering work experience, mining industry preferred.
61 Self-motivate, result driven, open mind, work under pressure.
61 Good PC skills, interpersonal skills.
61 Fluent in English.
