Responsibilities
1. According to customer requirement, research and development of high precision linear stage, such as air bearing, direct drive, precision screw-driven stage, etc.;
根据客户需求，研发高精密运动平台，如气浮、直驱、精密丝杠运动台等；
2. Use simulation software for deformation, heating, resonance simulation calculation to quantify design scheme and correct selection;
运用仿真软件对变形、发热、共振进行模拟计算，量化设计方案，正确地选型；
3. Create BOM to the production department, write design documents, engineering drawings, test documents, etc.;
创建物料明细表至生产部门，撰写设计文档，出工程图、测试文档等；
4. Deal with issues arising during production and commissioning, coordinate production resources, and report project progress regularly;
处理生产与调试过程中存在的问题，协调生产资源，定期汇报项目进度；
5. Liaise with customers and resolve bugs in the process of use.
与客户对接，完善使用过程中出现的BUG.

Requirements
1. Master degree or above in Mechanical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, Motor Design, etc.; Graduates from national key universities are preferred;
硕士及以上学历，机械自动化、机械工程、空气动力、电机设计等相关专业；国家重点院校毕业者优先；
2. Good English reading and writing skills and basic listening and speaking skills;
良好的英文读写能力及基本的听说能力；
3. Familiar with 3D design software, such as Solidworks, UG, Cero, etc.
熟悉3D设计软件，如Solidworks, UG, Cero等;
4. Good communication, teamwork and pressure resistance ability;
良好的沟通交流、团队合作与抗压能力
5. With 3-5 years of semiconductor equipment or platform design experience and understanding of precision mechanical design theory are preferred;
具备3-5年半导体设备或平台设计经验者及理解精密机械设计理论者优先；
6. Knowledge and experience in flexible hinge, linear motor application, active isolator, guide assembly are preferred;
熟悉柔性铰链、直线电机应用、主动隔振、导轨组装等知识经验者优先；
7. Experience in air bearing design is preferred;
具有气浮设计经验者优先；
