Main Responsibility:
1. Daily analysis of SI defective products in the production line, determination of defective causes and improvement suggestions.
2. Improvement of test process parameters and steps.
3. Put forward improvement methods based on the concept of lean production
4. Cooperate with other departments to improve SI tracking system.
5. Cooperate with SI engineering department in the early stage of design for sample trial production and equipment debugging.
6. Regularly complete the periodic SI test evaluation report, bad summary and systematic improvement measures.
7. Do other work assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in microelectronics or signal integrity related field.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in cable or connector SI testing.
3. Familiar with S-parameters of high frequency test.
4. Familiar with lean production concepts and common tools.
5. Good English in both speaking and reading.
6. Good communication and coordination skills, work hard with team spirit.
7. Familiar with IATF16949 knowledge and five major tools, with internal auditor certificate.

岗位要求：
1. 微电子或信号完整性相关的专业，本科以上学历。
2. 2年以上线缆或连接器SI测试的从业经验。
3. 熟悉高频测试的S参数。
4. 熟悉精益生产的相关概念和常用工具。
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
6. 良好的沟通协调能力, 具有团队精神。
7. 熟悉IATF16949知识及五大工具，具有内审员证书。
