01 Responsible for the work planning and control of the warehouse, and LPA audit，and modify the work procedures and management regulations,
负责仓库的工作筹划与控制，分层审核和修改仓库流程及管理规定；
01 Personnel Management and Training,
人员管理和培训；
01 Warehouse KPI Performance, utilization rate improvement, 5S improve,sluggish material management,
仓库工作绩效、利用率提升、5S改善及呆滞品预防与处理；
01 Production Distribution ,Transportation, Packaging design and evaluation of suppliers and internal
生产配送，物流运输,内外部包装设计及评估
01 Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments，
与内外部门沟通协调工作；
3.0 Key Responsibilities 主要职责
01 Responsible for the planning and management of warehouse areas.
1.仓库区域的规划和管理；
01 Responsible for warehouse, shipping and so on.
2．负责货物仓储，发运等工作安排；
01 To ensure and steadily improve logistics process from the supplier to the production line.
3．确保并稳步改善从供应商到生产线的物流流程；
01 Warehouse delivery and storage management, ensure the timely supply of materials, give full play to turnover efficiency.
4．仓库收发存管理，保证物料及时供应，充分发挥周转效率；
01 Ensure receiving goods input into warehouse and SAP system timely according to procedure; Maintain goods in and out record in SAP system,
5．确保收到的货物跟进工作流程及时运送到仓库并录入SAP系统，维护SAP系统仓库数据及出入库记录；
01 Serious implement FIFO principle, conduct timely cycle count and stock-taking, to ensure inventory accuracy.
6.严格执行物料先进先出的规则，及时进行循环盘点和库存盘点，以确保库存的准确性；
01 Make sure parts and finished goods stocked in good condition and take special care on aging parts（obsolete and slow moving parts etc.）
7.确保原材料和成品能在良好的条件下存放，特别关注老库存（废弃及呆滞的物料）；
01 Good warehouse location, put forward improvement plan, ensure the utilization of warehouse space.
8.库位管理，提出改善方案，库存空间利用率提升；
01 3PL performance and stock accuracy, monitor the operating cost and supply optimization solutions.
9.管理第三方物流绩效和库存准确性，监控运营成品并提供优化解决方案；
01 Lead warehouse related lean improvement projects,5s management(safety+5s).
01 10.领导物流相关的精益改善和5S管理；
01 Product packaging standard of evaluation and optimization
11.产品包装标准的评估和优化；
01 Package and tools designing, purchasing, optimizing and control the cost reasonably according to the requirements.
12.根据物流器具包装标准，进行包装设计，组织评审、优化和补充，并合理控制成本；
01 Mange subordinates to achieve high warehouse performance, any “boundary” tasks assigned by line managers.
13.管理下属的绩效表现，及任何直接领导布置的相关工作；
4.0 Required education, experience, knowledge and skills 需要的教育、经验、知识及技能
01 Associate or above degree.
大专或以上学历；
01 Basic English skill.
基本的英语水平；
01 Above 3~5 years of experience in the area of warehouse, including working experience in foreign companies in the automotive industry, knowledge of inventory control methods, material handling equipment, and safety regulations,
3~5年左右仓库相关工作经验，有相关汽车行业外企工作经验，了解库存控制方法、物流搬运设备和安全规定;
01 Very confident in using Microsoft Windows/office, SAP and warehouse management systems
熟练运用办公软件，SAP系统及仓库管理系统相关知识;
01 Reliable, proactive working method, team leader ability,
为人可靠，积极的工作方式及团队领导能力；
