Experience & Skills: Essential Very good know how to work on Microsoft Office365 suite (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Visio) Very good know how of a Microsoft Server environment (specially 2016 Server) Very good know how on Microsoft Windows Client operating systems(specially Windows10) Knowledge of data backup and restore Knowledge of Cisco products, for example Router, Switch, AP etc, Similar ability with CCNP IT trouble shooting IT security concepts
