Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and support to solve the process quality issue.
监控和支持去解决体系质量问题；
2. Set up the quality control system standard based on global quality system.
根据全球质量体系设立质量控制体系标准；
3. Regular quality issue report and system issues update (8D&NCR).
定期更新质量问题报告以及体系问题报告(8D&NCR)；
4. Daily check abnormal SPC and find abnormal location, then find out root cause, take actions.
查看每天产生的SPC是否有异常，查询异常的源头，采取措施；
5. Maintain CP, manage SPC, and maintain the fault sample on site.
维护CP，管理SPC，维护现场缺陷样本；
6. Check and improve the TPY and FPY, process capability, decrease the NCR rate in process.
检查和改善TPY 和FPY，工艺能力，降低NCR率；
7. Work together with PM engineers to find the root cause and corrective and preventive action and follow up.
与设备工程师合作找出问题的根源和纠正预防措施并跟进实施；
8. Develop and train the new QC with strong quality skills and concept.
开发和培训新QC，增强质量技能和概念.
Requirements:
1. Chemical or electro-mechanical, bachelor’s degree or above.
化学或者电子技术专业，本科以上;
2. 3 years or more work experience in quality control management. Better in Lithium-ion battery manufacture.
3年质量控制相关经验，***在锂电池制造行业；
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 or TS16949.
拥有ISO9001或者TS16949；
4. Be familiar with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 & IATF16949 quality management systems.
熟悉ISO9001：2015&IATF16949质量管理体系要求；
5. Mastering the six IATF16949 tools (APQP, CP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
掌握IATF16949六大工具(APQP、CP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA)；
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
良好的沟通能力和解决问题的技能；
7. Good knowledge of use of quality control tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, etc.
掌握质量控制工具的方法；
8. Familiar with 6-sigma methodology.
熟悉6sigma；
9. Good English writing, reading and listening.
良好的英语听说读写能力；
10. Activity and team spirit.
积极主动并且有团队精神。
