岗位职责：
1. Prepare battery development requirement documents (SOR), DVP test specifications and maintain iterations.
2. Responsible for battery pack selection, test validation plan.
3. High voltage electrical design e.g. PDU and charge system (electrical parts selection, wiring harness layout, etc.).
4. Provide technical support for machine system problems; prepare/iterative test requirements.
5. Responsible for new function strategy development and technical analysis of competitors’ electrification solutions.
6. Participate in the interpretation of national standards and develop response programs to ensure product compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automation, communication, applied electronics, mechatronics and other related majors.
2. At least 5 years of automotive battery pack development experience (content production project), or 2 years of BMS software + 1 year of hardware experience (cell / PACK direction needs to additionally meet the former).。
3. Proficient in battery pack structural design, cooling/electrical layout, familiar with BMS architecture and testing methods; skilled in using 3D/2D design software.
4. Master the battery control strategy, cell charging and discharging characteristics, and understand the domestic and international battery regulations and the current situation of the industry.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, cross-departmental collaboration and problem solving skills, and certain English communication skills.
