Line performance improvement: machine downtime, line utilization, process FOR and product scrap cost, process cycle time reduction according to business plan 3. Re-use MAE or introduce local process core (e.g. Hans laser) for new generation products 4. Leading CIP improvement and RPP activities: tooling localization, spare part optimization… 5. Join global meetings for IPN topics and lead process related customer audit 6. Continue improvement via Bosch Production System 3.6 MAE Performance @TPM 7. Conduct process team & cross function management as projects requirements 8. Team competence buildup and development 9. 7*24 H on-call to support machine or process issue 10. Other tasks assigned by Superior Qualification Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor or diploma in Electrical or Engineering field 2.Working Experience:Knowledge on final assembly process and equipments for Laser technology: welding, cleaning, marking with Trump, Hans, Dilas… 3.Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge on CMK, CPK, PFMEA QC7 tools Troubleshooting skill of final assembly relevant failure and machine 4.Language: English 5.Behavior related requirements：Efficiency、 Qualit、 Initiative、Responsibility、Cooperation
