岗位职责: 1. 基于产品设计需求,完成液压元件选型计算及技术参数确认。 Perform hydraulic component selection calculations and define technical parameters based on product design requirements. 2. 在样机阶段协同工程团队,主导液压单元的功能验证与性能测试,通过数据分析驱动设计优化。 Lead functional validation and performance testing of hydraulic units during prototyping phase; drive design optimizations through data analysis in collaboration with engineering teams. 3. 配合产品工程师完成新产品三维模型的搭建,确保液压件在模型中的完整性。 Collaborate with product engineers to develop 3D models for new products, ensuring completeness and integration of hydraulic components. 4. 绘制液压原理图,编制并维护生产装配图册、零件清单(BOM),高效执行工程变更(ECN)流程。 Generate hydraulic schematic diagrams (per ISO 1219); compile and maintain production assembly manuals, Bills of Materials (BOM), and execute Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes efficiently. 5. 协助生产部门解决产品装配/测试中的液压技术问题,确保生产计划按时交付。 Troubleshoot hydraulic issues during assembly/testing to support production departments, ensuring on-time delivery of production schedules. 6. 协同质量部门开展故障液压件根因分析,利用液压测试台进行检测调试,减少不良品库存积压。 Conduct root cause analysis of faulty hydraulic components with quality departments; perform inspection/debugging using hydraulic test benches to reduce non-conforming inventory. 7. 配合测试团队维护液压测试台架正常运行,参与新测试台架的设计开发与技术评审。 Maintain operational readiness of hydraulic test rigs with testing teams; participate in design development and technical reviews for new test benches. 8. 参与液压零部件的深度国产化项目,负责技术图纸转化与标准化确认。 Execute technical drawing conversion and standardization for hydraulic components in localization projects. 9. 协调德国总部技术资源,解决关键液压技术难题并推动本地化应用。 Coordinate technical resources from German headquarters to resolve critical hydraulic challenges and facilitate local implementation.
任职要求: 1. 机械设计、流体传动、车辆工程等相关专业,本科及以上学历,具备3-5年液压系统相关工作经验。 Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Fluid Power Transmission, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hydraulic systems. 2. 具有液压系统(开式或闭式)设计及元件选型能力,有工程机械行业工作经验者优先。 Proficient in hydraulic system (open or closed circuit) design and component selection. Experience in the construction machinery industry is preferred. 3. 掌握NX,CREO,E-PLAN等绘图软件。 Skilled in using CAD software such as NX, CREO, and E-PLAN. 4. 熟悉液压行业相关标准,了解柱塞泵/马达、齿轮泵/马达、阀、油缸等主要元件的内部构造和工作原理。 Familiar with hydraulic industry standards and understanding of the internal structures and working principles of key components (e.g., piston pumps/motors, gear pumps/motors, valves, hydraulic cylinders). 5. 具备数据分析能力,能基于采集的压力、流量、温度等参数形成分析报告。 Capable of data analysis and producing analytical reports based on collected parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc.). 6. 英语读写能力良好,具备日常口语交流能力,流利者优先。 Good written and spoken English for daily communication. Fluent speakers are preferred. 7. 具备团队合作精神,工作细致,学习能力强,有责任心,善于沟通与创新。 Have teamwork spirit, work carefully, have strong learning ability, have responsibility, be good at communication and innovation.
