岗位职责：
1.负责生产过程控制和成品质量控制，协助进行过程确认；
2.按照项目计划推进质量策划和实施，按期提交和下发客户需要的相关资料和内部控制资料，负责督促和辅导过程和成品检验员按照质量策划要求进行过程控制和成品控制；
3.过程和成品质量计划的编制和稽查执行的状态，确保有效执行；
4.过程首件产品的确认和复验；
5.主导客户首件鉴定的相关工作；
6.主导客户投诉的汇总、分析和处理，验证采取措施的有效性，确保实现闭环管理；
7.内外部不合格品的处理和验证；
8.内部型式试验和例行试验的测试，确保按照项目计划执行提交；
9.协助监视和测量设备的管理和维护；
10.领导安排的临时任务。
任职要求：
1、熟悉IRIS体系，ISO9000体系，8D/5W/鱼骨图等质量分析法，5S管理；
2、有较强的沟通协调能力；
3、英语口语熟练者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for production process control and finished product quality control, assisting in process confirmation;
2. Promote quality planning and implementation according to the project plan, submit and issue relevant information and internal control materials required by customers on schedule, and be responsible for supervising and guiding process and finished product inspectors to carry out process control and finished product control in accordance with quality planning requirements;
3. The status of the preparation and inspection of process and finished product quality plans to ensure effective implementation;
4. Confirmation and re inspection of the *** product in the process;
5. Lead the relevant work of customer *** article inspection;
6. Lead the collection, analysis, and handling of customer complaints, verify the effectiveness of measures taken, and ensure the implementation of closed-loop management;
7. Handling and verification of internal and external non-conforming products;
8. Conduct internal type tests and routine tests to ensure that they are executed and submitted according to the project plan;
9. Assist in the management and maintenance of monitoring and measuring equipment;
10. Temporary tasks arranged by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with IRIS system, ISO9000 system, 8D/5W/fishbone diagram and other quality analysis methods, 5S management;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills;
3. Proficient in spoken English is preferred.
