Key Responsibilities主要职责：
1. Analyze the reasons for those defective products texted by ICT and FVT. Know where need to repair and repair by hand.

2. Sum up the experience from time to time according to the defective products reasons analysis of ICT and FVT. Be requested to communicate with ICT texting people and texting engineer well.

3. Do good routine maintenance to text machines.
做好测试设备的日常维护。
4. Can do text, fix and reason analysis for RMA products.
RMA产品的测试和修理过程及不良原因分析。
5. Print product labels and make records.
打印产品标签并做好记录。
6. Obey all the corporate regulations.
遵守公司各项规章制度。
7. Train the manual welding operators.
对手工焊接操作员进行必要的焊接培训。
8. Finish other tasks asked by superior on time.
及时完成上级交付的其他工作。

Qualifications任职资格：
1.Basics of electronic components, such as resistors、 capacitors、 integrated circuit、BGA and so on.
具备电子元器件方面的基础知识，如电阻、电容、集成电路、BGA等。
2.Junior college education or above, with ICT、 FVT testing knowledge. Having experiences in PCB repairing is prefer.
大专文化或以上文化程度，具备ICT，FVT测试知识。有线路板修理经验优先录取。
3.Good at analyzed the schematic diagram. And familiar with digital circuit, analog circuit.
善于分析原理图，熟悉数字电路和模拟电路。
4.Have a strong ability, good at manual soldering.
有很强的动手能力，并且有熟练的手工焊接能力。
