Skill set:
o University degree or above in IT related disciplines, experience of study abroad is preferrable
o At least 3 years working experience as BA, working experience in insurance industry is an advantage
o Strong capability of self-learning
o Capability of reading and understanding SQL
o Good communication in both oral and written English

o Assessing and analyzing user requirement focusing on group insurance system. Capable of understanding BRD and identifying the real business need.
o Providing system solution and clearly documenting the functional design.
o Supporting the communication within business parties and development team
o Working with project team to support end user acceptance testing.
o Preparing user manual and conducting user training
