POSITION SUMMARY:
职位概要：

The Avionics Technician is responsible for Production and Repair & Overhaul service on avionics products. The primary work will be following workmanship standard, work instructions, technical specifications and standardized operation process to perform the assembly, testing, troubleshooting and inspection to meet the quality standard. The technician will provide excellence in product quality & delivery performance, such as OTTR, PPM etc.. Play as a team member to assure the operation team can meet the company and business goals in changing business environment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
主要职责：

？ Performs a variety of moderately complex electronic tasks following work instructions, drawings and other technical specifications.
依照作业指导, 工程图纸和其他的技术说明完成适当难度的电子组件装配。
？ Conducts the self-inspection and cross inspection on electronic assemblies to insure a quality product which conforms to workmanship standard and engineering requirements.
对电子组件的装配工作进行自检和互检，以确保产品的品质符合工艺标准和工程要求。

？ Performs a variety of functional tests to check operation and calibration of test stations, components, equipment and systems.
通过执行各类功能性测试确保测试台、电子组件和系统的正常运行和校准。
？ Analyzes the test failures and circuitry, physically checks wiring and operation of the electronic parts & assemblies to identify the root of the failures.
通过分析测试报告和电路图，检查电子组件和产品的运行并识别相应故障源。
？ Records the result of operation steps as well as the product configurations via ERP transactions and accounts for time required to perform each task.
使用ERP系统记录生产操作结果和产品配置信息，按标准时间完成各项工作。
？ Communicates problems/observations on production issues effectively and timely.

？ Regular and reliable attendance is required as well as a flexibility to support production schedule requiring working overtime hours and alternate shift hours.

？ Properly prioritizes and manages time to meet production needs as assigned by leads and management.

QUALIFICATIONS
资历
？ CAAC aircraft maintenance personal license is needed.
应聘人需持有CAAC维修人员执照。
？ Junior college degree or above, Avionics or Electronics related is preferred.
大学专科及以上学历，航空电子或电子相关专业优先。
？ Minimum 2 years working experience in electronic assembly and/or testing in an operations or supply chain organization, qualified new graduate is also welcomed.
至少2年以上生产或供应链方面的电子组装和/或测试经验，同时欢迎符合条件的应届毕业生。
？ Has a good command of lean concept e.g. Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work etc..
熟悉精益生产理念，如：持续改善，标准化工作等。
？ Good English level in reading & writing, proficient in following work instructions.
良好的英语读写能力，能依照中英文作业指导独立工作。
