负责西南区、南区的销售管理。要求有5年以上土方工程机械,或路桥机械销售经验或者煤矿机械销售经验,有分销管理经验。此职位可在家办公,公司提供有竞争性的薪酬福利待遇。 Job Summary · This position work under the supervision of Sales manager, on a weekly report basis, responsible for sales within some provinces assigned plus several OEM or distributor channel business support within his/her territory. · This position is more mature in experience and expertise, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable in the earthworks industry. · Could understand the market demand and long term trend of the market, then to coordinate the internal resources to make action plans to improve the KMT market share. · Could build up long term relationship with larger distributors and OEMs. · Act as a trainer/mentor for less experienced team members, and step up as interim leader when necessary.
Job Responsibilities: · End user customer base explored and development accountability. · Business & product or technical support to distributor partner. · OEM customer cooperation and support. · Middle level technical site service and troubleshooting capability on application related. · Good market intelligence feedback and competitor analysis, solution offered. · Good coordinate with other internal supporting function team.
Qualification: · Associate’s degree and above, technical or engineering background is preferred. · At least 5~8 years working experience related with channel sales management.
