Responsibility
1. Maintain and reinforce the coorperation with existing overseas agents , develop potential overseas agents , handle and respond to daily inquiries from overseas agents
2. Collect market information, explore new overseas agents and promote the competitive products.
3. Management of accounts receivable, strictly control the receivables timely .
4、Coordinate internal and external relationships with company-related departments and with customers;
5、Handle complaints and abnormal operations of overseas agents.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in English or logistics and freight forwarding;
2.Over 1 year overseas customer service or overseas operation experience is preferred;
3. English level 6 and above, good communication and coordination skills;
4. Have a strong team spirit;
5. Have strong learning spirit and ability.
