1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, foreign trade English, logistics and other related majors.
2. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Photoshop); CET-4/6 or above, able to handle English emails.
3. Honest and diligent, hands-on mentality, adaptable, meticulous work, strong customer service mindset, good interpersonal communication skills, a high sense of responsibility and strong team spirit, able to withstand certain work pressure.
4. Familiar with railway freight forwarding industry, experience in freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Accept the client's booking order and be responsible for the order follow-up, booking, documents, track and trace, and invoicing for each shipment.
2. Making all kinds of standing books, make transport documents and other related documents
3. Follow-up on the shipment from picking up till delivery.
4. Complete other tasks arranged by superior managers.
