Job Summary: The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including but not limited to the major HCM modules, HR Dashboard/Report, HR Initiatives, Training facilitation, HR administrative tasks, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities - Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. - Performs routine tasks related to all aspects of HR operations. - Maintains employee data in HCM Cloud. - Manages HCM Time, Absence, Performance Modules, etc. - Provides support to the Global E-learning system. - Contributes to HR Dashboard and HR reports. - Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. - Responds to employees’ queries appropriately and effectively. - Provides HR guidance and interpretation to business. - Supports various HR projects as assigned.
Required Education/Skills/Abilities - Bachelor’s degree and above - Highly proficient in spoken and written English - Strong multitasking skills - Solid problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office - At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
